This drier system would be a conventional pneumatic flash dryer. The hot gas carries the material pneumatically and drying is achieved through intimate mixing of hot gas with the wet material as they travel together in the drier columns.
IFD series dryer can be used quickly drying of any biomass having initial /input moisture content < 45 % & Size < 8mm like Sawdust ,Wood chips , Rice Husk, Press mud, herbs extract, spent , Fly ash etc.
Suitable for any fine biomass (size < 8mm) and input moisture <50%
